My interview cherry has long since popped. I've been in a position of authority for a little while now, so I've had the pleasure (read: misfortune) of interviewing when there is an open req within my development group.
Our group is very small. There are currently only three full-time permanent employees and two consultants on my team. We need to fill two more permanent positions and one more contract role.
Shouldn't be that difficult, right? You get in touch with recruiting agencies and they filter candidates for you, right? I mean, right?
